Effectively manage the operation delivery of Fire Safety Inspections to meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Regulations. Leading a small team to deliver successful inspection regimes and follow on works. Work with contractors to meet challenging and realistic targets to achieve all aspects of project delivery, including productivity, performance and KPI Challenge poor service in line with KPIs, ensure good customer service to front line staff and residents, escalation of issues as appropriate to the contractors contract manager/s, and MTVHs internal Contract Manager. Proactively request, collate and analyse information from front line staff, contractors and consultants to assist in the preparation of reports detailing programmes of work and performance (including KPIs). Ensure the data is accurate. What you'll need to succeed Familiarity and knowledge of the regulatory framework governing compliance; repairs; sustainability or planned workstreams that you will be responsible for Ability to run significantly complex programmes and manage significant budgets effectively. Knowledge and experience of contract administration e.g. JCT / NEC / TPC and running multiple projects at once. These full-time posts are based across the adult intensive care units at Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol Heart Institute and Weston General Hospital. The post holder will work within a multiprofessional team, alongside other doctors, to deliver high-quality care on a full-shift rota while gaining experience in both tertiary referral and district general hospital settings. The Intensive Care Units at C&WHOU provide Critical Care support across all of its clinical services. These posts form part of the resident staffing of the ICUs. The post holder will work resident day and night shifts in both Bristol ICUs, providing care for the patients in the unit and on the wards as part of the multidisciplinary ICU team. The postholder will be required to work resident shifts including evenings, nights and weekends. The postholder will be working in a busy tertiary ICU and will gain experience in several different organ support modalities including respiratory, cardiovascular and renal support as well as developing their practical skills (central venous and arterial cannulation, cardiac output monitoring, point of care ultrasound and endo-tracheal intubation). The postholder will be a key member of the cardiac arrest team. In addition to bedside clinical teaching, there is an embedded teaching programme covering all aspects of the ICM syllabus that takes place every Wednesday. The post holder will undertake rotations between the photon and proton departments and will work across a wide range of areas; pre-treatment, treatment-prep, the treatment units and brachytherapy. UCLH is seeking a committed individual with the energy and focus to continue building on the existing service of excellence. Radiotherapy services at UCLH are delivered across two departments. The photon department is equipped with Varian TrueBeam systems with advanced imaging packages and 6DoF couches, and is in the process of acquiring and installing an additional Halcyon unit. The department has a comprehensive brachytherapy suite and a Gulmay skin unit. UCLH is one of only two NHS sites delivering proton beam therapy across the NHS. The proton beam therapy (PBT) department is equipped with Varian ProBeam gantries with advanced imaging packages and robotic couches. Both departments have a dedicated CT scanner and the PBT department also has a dedicated MRI scanner. The department delivers radiotherapy services for a broad spectrum of cancers comprising of common cancers as well as specialist treatments including brachytherapy, molecular radiotherapy and total body irradiation. The PBT department focus’s predominantly on head and neck, brain and sarcoma treatment sites. Paediatrics and TYAs make up approximately one third of the patient cohort. • Be recognised as the lead practitioner in their specific field, setting an example to junior staff and being available to advise colleagues in other areas. • Deputise for the Band 8a where necessary to address staffing issues, skill mix and tackle wider departmental problems. Liaise with operational managers, disseminating information and attaining departmental working objectives. • Must be aware of the skills and competencies available within the team, utilising them effectively and delegating appropriately. A Clinical Support Worker (CSW) is responsible for providing healthcare to patients and supporting with clinical duties under the supervision of Registered Nurses, doctors and other registered healthcare professionals. Their role is essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients during their hospital admission ensuring they receive high quality care.
