Able to critically assess data independently as well as emerging ESG regulations and how they apply to different companies in different sectors across different geographies. Assess the severity of problems (i.e. client issues, complex calculations), draft solutions, and communicate concerns and solutions with the team manager/senior analyst.     Stephenson Way Academy & Nursery School is one of seven schools which forms part of Tudhoe Learning Trust. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join us for a period of up to 18 months. The role is based in Stephenson Way Academy & Nursery School and offered at 32.5 hours per week and on a term-time basis. Within your apprenticeship you may be required to work different year groups, supporting teaching & learning in a variety of ways, including group work and one to one support, with the aim that all pupils can access our curriculum. The apprenticeship will commence once conditional offer checks are completed. As an apprentice you will develop skills, knowledge and experience of working within Education and you will also develop: • An understanding of current statutory guidance including ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ Part 1, Safeguarding policies, prevent strategy. • Recognise different stages of child development through school e.g. transition between key stages and year groups. • Support and encourage pupils to move towards independent learning. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.     City of London Corporation The City of London Corporation is looking for an Estate Services Coordinator to support the effective delivery of estate services across our housing estates. This is a key operational support role that will help ensure services are well organised, performance is monitored and residents benefit from safe, clean and well-maintained environments.   Working closely with the Estate Services Manager, you will monitor and support operational systems, including caretaking and inspection systems, and help colleagues use them consistently and accurately. You will produce regular performance reports, monitor inspection completion, assign and follow up actions, and escalate delays or concerns where necessary. You will also undertake research, data gathering and analysis to support service improvement and management reporting.   The role includes a range of administrative responsibilities, such as preparing and circulating printed and digital materials, ordering stock, raising and receipting purchase orders, and attending regular meetings. You will organise and prioritise your own workload, support colleagues to meet agreed deadlines and provide a reliable, responsive and customer-focused service.   You will need strong digital and ICT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel for reporting, spreadsheet management and data manipulation, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems. You should have experience of maintaining accurate records, managing workloads and working within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of relevant estate services legislation and regulations, including health and safety, fire safety and COSHH, is also required. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Compliance and Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the delivery of compliance and service standards inspections and help ensure our estates remain safe, secure and well managed.  You will lead and support a team of two Compliance and Quality Assurance Officers, coordinating the inspection programme across all estates and ensuring inspections are completed thoroughly, accurately and within required timescales. You will allocate work, balance competing priorities, provide training and coaching, and quality assure inspection reports before they are issued.  Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will carry out estate and block inspections within an allocated area and provide support across other areas when required. You will produce clear reports, raise and assign actions relating to service standards, fire safety, hazards, antisocial behaviour and housing management, and monitor performance against agreed key performance indicators. You will also identify emerging issues, coordinate corrective action and refer safeguarding or resident welfare concerns promptly to the appropriate team.  The successful candidate will have substantial experience of managing or supervising staff in social housing, local government or a similar environment. You will have knowledge of relevant estate services legislation and requirements, including health and safety, fire safety in communal areas and COSHH, together with experience of risk management, risk assessments and thorough estate inspections. Strong written and verbal communication, organisation and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly, use your initiative and communicate effectively at all levels.  A relevant qualification, such as BICSc, IOSH or CIH, or substantial equivalent professional experience, is required.
