    We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced Therapist to join our UCR Team in Oldham Community. Position The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, driving the changes to community care response to support the hospital avoidance agenda. The candidate will be able to demonstrate strategic planning and have a strong clinical background in Urgent Care or a similar field.
