Struggling with chronic health issues, means that day to day living can be challenging. An ideal candidate will have empathy for the impact of hidden disabilities, such high pain levels. Housework/cleaning and help with meal preparation are a big part of this role, as well as assistance in accessing the wider community and attending appointments (wheelchair pushed by PA). The role; Applicants must be female. This role is compliant with the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Work: Exceptions, Part 1, Occupational Requirements). This post involves entering the employer’s bedroom when she may be in a state of undress and being present in the home when employer is having medical treatment (physiotherapy), in a semi dressed state. For reasons of dignity, privacy, and safety, this role therefore requires a female worker. This constitutes a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. About the Role This Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer role is central to the IKC's mission and has two complementary aspects. First, working closely with the wider team, you will help develop reusable design methodologies and assets, becoming the Technical Authority on key technology areas such as PHY-level interfaces, custom pad circuits, and analog/digital interfaces. Second, working with the Co-Creation Project Lead and industry partner design teams, you will help develop functioning HI demonstrators, promote the adoption of reusable design methodologies, and resolve design challenges at the analog/mixed-signal interfaces within these systems. You will provide hands-on analog/mixed-signal design expertise across co-creation PoC projects, with primary responsibility for PHY-level interface design at die-to-die boundaries, including drivers, receivers, ESD structures, termination, and clocking circuits tailored to specific process nodes and packaging technologies. You will define integration-level requirements and interface specifications, coordinate with specialist colleagues across digital design and verification, and undertake physical design work at the integration level, including floorplanning, I/O ring planning, and interface layout across dies, interposers, and packaging substrates. In addition to project delivery, you will act as an advocate for the Centre's capabilities. You will engage in peer-to-peer technical dialogue with industry partner design teams, support partners in applying the Centre's reusable design assets, contribute to technical workshops and design masterclasses to upskill the UK design community, and represent the Centre's analog/mixed-signal design and integration capabilities at industry events and conferences. About You We are looking for a self-starter who can work proactively and collaboratively to achieve project outcomes. You will have authoritative practical knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuit design and a strong understanding of the semiconductor design and manufacturing ecosystem, including design flows, PDKs, packaging processes, and design-for-test. The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will support the effective delivery of the programme by coordinating integrated working and building strong partnerships across internal teams and external organisations. The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will act as a central point of contact for partners, ensuring services are joined up, referral pathways are effective, and collaborative working supports positive employment outcomes for participants. What you’ll do Act as the central point of coordination for integration and partnership activity within the Programme delivery team Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated working partnerships across internal teams and external partners and stakeholders Market the Programme provision in person and remotely Co-ordinate partnership activity to ensure services are aligned and focused on positive participant employment outcomes Support the management of clear referral pathways and operational processes between the Programme and partner organisations Work closely with delivery staff to ensure partners understand programme aims, eligibility criteria, processes, and participant journeys Identify gaps, risks, duplication, or barriers in partnership working and support the development of practical solutions Coordinate and support partnership meetings, multi-agency forums, and working groups, including preparation of agendas, tracking actions, and follow-up experience or training in the Individual Placement and Support approach would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
