Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Experience of monitoring performance, analysing information and driving service improvements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data quality. TCV is a major tree establishment and community engagement delivery partner for the Humber Community Forest, and the post holder will work alongside other staff and volunteers on the delivery of a range of practical conservation projects. The job involves a great variety of conservation and seasonal tasks such as tree planting in winter, care in summer months, path creation, small construction work, pond and woodland management in urban communities and rural landscapes. You will be required to drive a TCV vehicle with up to 8 passenger seats. For insurance this means you must meet the TCV driving requirements, for which a standard full UK Driving licence held for at least a year is required.
