    Senior Construction Risks Account Executive

IPS Group Limited - Redhill, Home Counties

    £60,000 to £75,000 a year

    HybridPermanentFull time

A well-established and growing construction practice is looking to hire a Client Executive to support a substantial, high-quality book covering complex and often large-scale risks. The portfolio includes major housebuilders, demolition firms, groundworking specialists, aggregates operators and infrastructure-linked businesses, offering exposure to technically demanding clients and projects well beyond standard mid-market work. This is a book with real depth and credibility, already performing strongly and requiring additional support due to demand. The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of key client servicing responsibilities, easing the pressure on a senior team who are currently stretched managing the book. By doing so, you will directly enable them to focus on generating new business and driving growth within the practice. From day one, you will be stepping into a busy environment where a safe pair of hands is essential, with established relationships that need to be maintained and developed to a high standard. You’ll work alongside experienced individuals who bring a mix of technical expertise and strong market presence, giving you the opportunity to learn quickly while contributing immediately. Over time, the role will naturally evolve into a broader position with increased exposure to development, creating a pathway to build your own presence within the sector. This will suit someone with construction exposure who can confidently manage clients and deliver from the outset, or an ambitious individual ready to step up into a more visible, client-facing role. You’ll need commercial awareness, the ability to build trust and enough sector understanding to hold your own. For the right person, this offers long-term progression, exposure to major risks and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of an already successful team.

    Media Risk Client Executive

IPS Group Limited - Redhill, Home Counties

    £55,000 to £85,000 a year

    PermanentFull time

We’re working with a highly regarded independent broker looking to hire a Client Executive into a specialist media team managing a c.£250k income book made up of well-known agency groups and fast-growth, high-profile businesses. The client base is varied and genuinely interesting, spanning advertising agencies, film and TV production companies, digital marketing and content businesses, PR firms and influencer-led organisations. Many operate globally and work on high-value campaigns, events and productions, bringing a range of complex exposures around contracts, intellectual property, talent, and reputational risk. These are not transactional clients. They are creative, fast-moving businesses working under tight deadlines and high expectations, often dealing with complex contracts, licensing issues and live project risk. As a result, they value brokers who can act as an extension of their business, providing clarity, confidence and solutions when things are on the line. The book itself is well established, stable and performing, offering a rare opportunity to step into a role where relationships are strong and not under pressure, giving you a platform to build rather than fix. You’ll work alongside a technically strong colleague who is well respected by clients but not naturally commercially driven, meaning this hire is key to bringing balance and added presence. You’ll initially share responsibility before taking greater ownership, maintaining and developing the portfolio while identifying opportunities to grow. It’s not a pure new business role, but you’ll need the instinct and confidence to deepen relationships, spot opportunities and bring ideas forward. They are looking for someone with genuine gravitas who can engage at a senior level, operate independently and make an impact quickly with minimal training. In return, you’ll join a stable, well-regarded business with flexibility, strong client retention and the chance to shape your own position within a specialist and growing sector.
