You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity. You’ll be patient, thrive in a team environment, able to support those around you and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations. To be successful in the role you’ll be a good team player, and a problem solver. You will need to successfully complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within the first 24 months of support work. This will be fully funded by Break and you will be supported by our training team. Please note that you must have a full, valid, manual driving licence. You will be required to work shifts.
