    EQUANS are looking for a Mobile Technical Operative (Electrical) to work on our HMCTS contract across Redditch Magistrates and Worcester Combined Courts. General Overview: Equans provide technical and soft services to our client HMCTS across a large portfolio of buildings across the UK. As part of the service, we provide low voltage electrical maintenance and installation services, and because of business growth, we are recruiting for additional roles to provide these services for our customer. Main Duties and Responsibilities:The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and Equans processes and procedures. Activities will include:•Ensure that routine Planned Preventative Measures (PPM) is carried out to the electrical infrastructure and plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM.•Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.•Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.•Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works.•To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.•Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.•Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.•To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.•Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. This is a varied role, combining HR advisory and recruitment responsibilities providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Human Resources. You will be working closely with schools across the Trust, to provide first-line HR guidance to leaders on a range of employment matters, support employee relations processes, and assist with the delivery of HR initiatives. You will also coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advertising vacancies, onboarding new starters, completing pre-employment checks, and preparing contracts and employment documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an HR and/or recruitment environment, with a good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice. A CIPD qualification, or willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous. We are seeking a proactive and confident communicator with experience in HR and recruitment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive professional relationships.
