Summary
Title:Occupational Therapist
The first role in the Occupational Therapist major adaptations team will involve:
· The assessment and provision of specialist equipment (including non-standard stock items, and moving and handling equipment)
· Minor and major adaptations via Disabled Facilities Grants. You will be required to liaise closely with internal departments and external organisations.
The second Occupational Therapist role will be in assistive technology. Assessing residents for a variety of AT tool to support assessment and our review project with dom care. Experience of moving and handling is desirable,
Essential requirements
Occupational Therapist qualification or equivalent. Experienced Occupational Therapist
