Summary

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Littlehampton

Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm

Contract: Initially until 18th December

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful client based in Littlehampton who is expanding its Customer Service team to support with the peak season.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking to join a supportive team environment!

Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers with upcoming orders and process their requirements accurately.

* Process customer orders and prescriptions, ensuring all details are updated on internal systems.

* Keep customers informed of any delays or changes to their orders.

* Deliver a professional and friendly service on every interaction.

* Maintain accurate records and customer information.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role.

* Strong keyboard and data entry skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

* A positive attitude and commitment to meeting customer needs.
