What Does the Job Involve? As a Compliance Auditor, you'll audit various locations, including supermarkets, high-street retailers, and betting shops. Your task? Make a specific purchase, see if you are asked for ID and report back.

Essential requirements

There is no prior experience required for this role, our dedicated area managers will provide comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up to be a successful auditor. Essential skills: • Attention to detail: accurately observing store staff and recording findings correctly. • Strong written communication: completing clear, accurate audit reports. • Observation skills: noticing details about customer service, store procedures, and compliance practices. • Reliability and professionalism: completing audits on time and following instructions precisely. • Time management: planning and completing multiple audits efficiently. • Independence: working alone with minimal supervision. • Following instructions: adhering to specific audit requirements and purchase scenarios. • Organisation skills: managing audit deadlines, receipts, and reports. Desirable skills: • Ability to drive is desired, but not a necessity to the role.
