Summary

30.5 hours per weekWe are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our ALN Support Base. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs to help them develop socially, emotionally and academically.Your role will include:Supporting pupils with a variety of ALN, including complex needsWorking with the ALNCo to deliver personalised provisionProviding 1:1 and small‑group supportPromoting independence, wellbeing and engagementSupporting communication, social skills and emotional regulationWe’re looking for someone who:Has experience with ALN (desirable)Is patient, nurturing and adaptableBuilds positive relationships with pupils, staff and familiesBelieves in inclusive education and high expectationsWorks well in a team and shows initiativeWe offer:A supportive and welcoming school communityOpportunities for professional developmentA meaningful role where you can make a real differenceThis post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
