Summary
A flexible and reliable afterschool nanny is needed by a family in Ingatestone, Essex, to care for their two children. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience. A valid first aid qualification is a must.
Working hours: 2 days a week, 3 pm - 6 pm. Optional 3rd day: Tuesday 6:30 am - 9 am
Duties include:
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
The family is looking for someone to start on 2 November 2026.
