We're looking for a friendly, people-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Merchandising Representative.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes meeting new people, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. You'll manage your own route, visit customer sites, build relationships, and ensure displays are presented to the highest standard.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to work independently while being supported by a welcoming and friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
Visiting customer sites across your designated area
Maintaining and merchandising displays
Replenishing stock and removing outdated materials
Ensuring displays are attractive, tidy, and fully stocked
Building strong relationships with customers and site contacts
Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
Taking photographs of displays for reporting purposes
Maintaining promotional display boards
Responding to customer queries professionally
Keeping accurate records and company documentation up to date
What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service, retail, merchandising, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Organised and able to manage their own workload
Comfortable working independently and using initiative
Basic IT skills
A positive, reliable, and professional approach
Comfortable with a role that involves some lifting and being on your feet
A full UK driving licence is essential
