At TLTP Education, we are looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Romford. Whether your background is within education recruitment or another recruitment sector, we

want to hear from individuals who have a strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and the desire to succeed.

Education Recruitment Consultant - Person Specification:

•

Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within education or another specialist recruitment sector.

•

A good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate attraction through to placement and account management.

•

Confident in developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.

•

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

•

A motivated, target-driven individual with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve and exceed expectations.

•

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a successful team environment.

•

Commercially minded, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

•

A genuine desire to develop a successful recruitment career and maximise earning potential.
