Establish effective working relationships with budget holders, ensuring understanding and ownership of financial issues pertinent to their services. Supporting the Finance Manager in budget setting and maintenance of a defined portfolio of services. Support the 'Delivering Best Value' programme reporting for a defined portfolio of services. Supporting the Finance Manager with service costings and cost benefit analysis, and evaluation of business cases.
