Summary

Caretaker/Building Caretaker

Location: Newcastle (NE3 3RU)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (different shift timings, day time only)

Position: Temp-to-Perm after 12 weeks

We are seeking a reliable Caretaker for a key school site in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities

Site Opening: Unlocking school grounds and securing the site daily.

Maintenance: General DIY repairs, including basic joinery and plumbing.

Logistics: Moving furniture and setting up halls/classrooms.

Requirements

Enhanced Child Barred List DBS check.

Practical DIY skills (joinery and plumbing).

Physical capability for heavy lifting and setup work.

Benefits

Pay: £14 per hour.
