Production Operatives to join our client based in
Manor Park, Runcorn on a
temporary-to-permanent basis.

What We Offer
- £13.00 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after 12 weeks when the role becomes permanent.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm working hours.

Key Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of products to a high standard.
- Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and parts lists, and gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools and materials.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers' instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and reporting repairs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues as required.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipts.
- Record work carried out on production and quality forms.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience working in an assembly or production environment.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Understanding of basic electronics and fault-finding skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work.
- Ability to ensure products are finished to a high standard.
- Dexterity to work with small wiring components.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg on occasion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Computer skills.
