Summary
Manufacturing Operative
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Pay: £14 per Hour
Main Duties
- Operate production machinery to achieve daily output targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Carry out routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records, batch information, and process logs.
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks within the production area.
- Work with colleagues to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous machinery operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding ability.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and stock checks.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
