This is a permanent, days-based role suited to an experienced driver who takes pride in safe, punctual and professional delivery work.Key responsibilities• Complete multidrop deliveries safely and efficiently• Carry out routes involving fewer than 10 drops and more than 10 drops• Load, secure and check goods before departure• Deliver orders to customers and suitable delivery points• Complete delivery paperwork accurately• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly• Represent the company professionally during deliveries• Follow all relevant road safety and company proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid entitlement to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle• Previous multidrop delivery experience• Experience managing both smaller and larger delivery runs• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks• Reliable, organised and punctual approach• Professional communication and customer service skills• Physically able to assist with delivery duties where requiredBenefits• £15 per hour• Permanent employment• Day shifts• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to work for a local employerAbout the companyThe company is an independent, family-run roofing fabricator and supplier based in Somerset.
