What You'll Do
Support people with personal care, health needs, and daily living tasks
Encourage independence, choice, hobbies, and community involvement
Build positive relationships with customers, families, and professionals
Help maintain safe, comfortable homes while keeping accurate records
Essential requirements
A kind, compassionate approach and a positive outlook Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential
