Summary

We are looking for a Trainee Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be responsible for assessing and progressing legal expenses claims while supporting customers throughout the process. This includes:

Reviewing and assessing new legal expenses claims

Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage

Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress

Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email

Managing and progressing your own caseload

Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly

Essential requirements

Whether you're a recent graduate (law degree or otherwise), currently in a trainee or junior role, or have experience in claims, insurance, or customer service, if you bring strong communication skills and resilience, we’d love to hear from you.
