Summary

Regulatory Services Quality Assurance Lead needed in North London £29 per hr ref OR119719

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and delivery of Freedom of Information (FOI), Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other data subject rights requests in accordance with legislation and corporate procedures.
- Manage and coordinate responses to Stage 1 complaints within Regulatory Services, ensuring high-quality and timely resolutions.
- Monitor compliance with statutory deadlines and service standards, ensuring all requests and complaints are processed within required timescales.
- Act as the primary point of contact for information governance, complaints and quality assurance matters within the service.
- Maintain accurate records, case management systems and performance data relating to FOIs, SARs and complaints.
- Produce regular management information, performance reports, KPIs and trend analysis for senior management.
- Identify recurring themes, risks and service improvement opportunities arising from complaints, requests and customer feedback.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain procedures, guidance notes and quality assurance frameworks.
- Work closely with Environmental Health, Licensing and Trading Standards teams to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on information governance, complaint handling and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across Regulatory Services.
