Summary
Business Development Manager Role
Full-time, permanent position
5 days a week in London, Barbican
Need to have design & build experience
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upcoming projects and build pipelines well before they reach the open tender market through early stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of key industry decision-makers, including property agents, landlords, developers, architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors (QSs), and project managers.
- Lead client presentations, manage the discovery/briefing phase, and collaborate closely with internal design, estimating, and project delivery teams to shape competitive, value-engineered proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecast sales performance, and report activity regularly to senior leadership.
Proactively source and convert new client leads across commercial fit-out, workplace interiors, and design-and-build projects.
