Due to continued success and expansion plans, a head office of a multi-site manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join them. You will provide key and varied support to the Technical Sales Manager and production team:

Compiling and distributing quotations which includes CAD drawing to existing and prospect customers

Processing quotation to order on in-house system, liaise with production re production plan and distribution dates

Prepare and distribute invoices, including proformas when required

Raising purchase order number

Ensuring all product paperwork is prepared and present for each order prior to distribution

Maintaining and updating CRM system as and when required

Support the sales team in soft sales activity to generate sales leads

General administration duties to support the smooth operation of the Sales & Production department

We would expect the successful Sales Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, the ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of CAD (this is not essential training will be provided). Be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner, and a natural flair to work in a sales environment. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Sales Administration, Order Processing or a Sales Support position.

You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a manufacturing company that has been established for over 40 years with an enviable reputation in their filed of manufacturing. Working directly with the Technical Sales Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
