Part time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Service
- Assist with the preparation of food and beverages following set menus and recipes.
- Serve meals to pupils, staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare dining areas before service and clear down afterwards.
- Replenish food and beverage counters during service periods.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
Cleaning and Hygiene
- Wash dishes, utensils and catering equipment.
- Clean kitchen areas, dining halls, food preparation surfaces and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and assist with recycling procedures.
