Summary

Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join an excellent organisation.

Working on a full time basis Monday to Friday core business hours the option to work remotely /hybrid is currently in place

The successful candidate will join the team in providing key support to the HR Advisory team, duties will include:

• Providing end to end employee HR process support for the organisation working with all aspects/departments of the business

• Support the HR team with case management and key administration tasks

• Able to confidently handle HR related enquiries from employees across the organisation

• Interpreting HR reporting data, identifying trends and producing reports/solutions to potential issues

• Updating internal HR systems, spreadsheets and application tracking systems as well as tracking data and creating reports from these.

• Supporting both internal and external audits as required

• Assist with and contribute to HR projects

• Attend HR case meetings, taking minutes and typing these up post meeting.

Due to the nature of our clients business, the successful candidates will be required to hold or organise a current basic Disclosure Scotland.
