What you’ll do:
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager, following the required cleaning standards and procedures.
- Undertake all required training and follow cleaning instructions, task cards and colour-coding policies.
- Wear the company uniform and required personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Follow all company and client policies, including housekeeping, infection control, security and COSHH requirements.
- Report any faults with cleaning equipment, defects or health and safety concerns to the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding hospital-related matters and carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
What you bring:
- Experience carrying out a range of cleaning duties.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements.
