Summary
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment in Dudley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering drawings and required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting and operating CNC milling machines.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Selecting appropriate tooling and machining parameters.
Producing precision components to tight tolerances.
Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.
Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Requirements:
Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
