Summary

1. To undertake day-to-day work as delegated to ensure the smooth operation of Impulse

Leisure operated Football pitches, Driving Range, Pavilion, Golf Course and associated

grounds.

2. To ensure the highest quality of customer awareness/care is given to the public to prevent

injury and or damage.

3. To ensure the highest standards in service delivery to reflect the goals and objectives of

Impulse Leisure

Essential requirements

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge 1. Ability to deal with and solve problems under pressure as and when they occur, in order to maintain business continuity and service delivery. 2. Able to verbally communicate, clearly and effectively. e.g. deal with customer queries etc 3. Able to write clearly, accurately and concisely e.g. recording faults, completing daily log sheets etc 4. Ability to work to deadlines 5. Good numeracy skills e.g. chemical ratios, stock control etc 6. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative 7. Promote and maintain an awareness of and commitment to equal opportunities and diversity. 8. Promote and maintain an awareness and proactive commitment Education/Qualification 1. Valid, current First Aid at Work 2. NVQ level 2 in Sports Turf or equivalent
