Summary

This is a great opportunity to build your digital systems skills while supporting services across City Health Care Partnership CIC. You’ll help colleagues use key information systems safely and effectively, supporting reliable services and high-quality information.

You’ll work within the Digital and Information Systems team, providing practical support and responding to day-to-day queries. The role includes Registration Authority services, system administration, data quality and information security

What you’ll do:

• Support colleagues with NHS Smartcards and Registration Authority processes

• Maintain and monitor information systems, identifying and reporting data quality issues

• Produce spreadsheets, reports and analysis to support service needs

• Help colleagues use systems correctly and support training and guidance

• Follow information governance and security procedures to protect confidential information

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Information Technology, an equivalent qualification, or equivalent skills and experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using office and information systems

• Relevant experience in an information technology or customer service environment

• Clear communication, good attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
