Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Automotive Body Repair Technician to join an established national accident repair centre in Cambridge. Applicants must have previous panel beating experience within a bodyshop or accident repair environment and hold a Full UK Driving Licence. ATA or NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Up to £24 Per Hour

Hours: Full Time – Exact Hours to Be Confirmed

Panel Beater Role

- Carry out vehicle panel repairs, replacements and realignment

- Repair dents, accident damage and structural components

- Remove and refit damaged body panels

- Use jig and welding equipment where required

- Complete repairs to manufacturer standards

- Identify additional damage during the repair process

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity

Panel Beater Requirements

- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Automotive Body Repair Technician

- Experience working within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

- Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and replacement techniques

- Experience with structural repairs, welding and jig equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team

- Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) or relevant National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) preferred but not essential

- Full UK Driving Licence
