Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of an established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, Surrey, seeking a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join its specialist team. This Motorcycle Sales Executive opportunity offers strong earning potential, professional development and no Sunday working.

Benefits:

- £20,800 basic salary

- £49,000 uncapped on-target earnings

- 41-hour working week over five days

- Monday to Saturday working pattern with no Sundays

Duties:

- As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, welcome customers and establish their motorcycle requirements

- Present suitable motorcycles, products and finance options

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and discuss test rides

- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion of the sale

- Achieve agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets

- Maintain accurate customer records throughout the sales process

- Provide consistently high standards of customer service

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, features and associated products

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Motorcycle Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or motorcycle enthusiast

- At least one year of experience within motorcycle or retail sales

- Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the wider automotive sector

- Knowledge of motorcycle components would be advantageous

- Confident communication and customer service skills

- Professional, motivated and target-focused approach

- Full UK driving licence
