Role outline

We are looking for a Clinical Recruitment Manager to proactively headhunt and attract high-calibre clinical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels. You will also provide accurate reporting on our clinical recruitment requirements, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be the specialist point of contact for clinical sourcing, helping to raise the profile of Health Partners as an employer of choice for clinical professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead proactive headhunting and direct sourcing of clinical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, including professional bodies, job boards, networking groups, social media and referral networks, to engage both active and passive candidates and reduce agency costs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent, creating internal and external talent pools to meet current and future workforce requirements.
  • Partner with clinical and operational hiring managers to understand their workforce needs, advising on routes to market, sourcing strategy, market conditions and realistic timescales.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards on vacancies, pipeline activity, time to hire, source effectiveness, offers and starters, highlighting risks, trends and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to analyse recruitment data, forecast clinical hiring demand and present clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR, finance and workforce planning) and external partners (candidates, professional bodies, universities and agencies).
  • Own the candidate journey from initial approach through to offer, onboarding and start date, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage.
  • Represent Health Partners at relevant industry, professional and recruitment events.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and up-to-date role status to enable accurate reporting.

  • Provide market intelligence on clinical talent availability, salary benchmarking and competitor activity.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience of headhunting and direct sourcing, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and formulas, with the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports
  • Experience of reporting on recruitment activity and workforce requirements to stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of owning, maintaining and developing hiring manager relationships
  • A good understanding of employment legislation and regulations relating to recruitment and selection
  • Good planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Previous experience recruiting clinical professionals in the healthcare sector
