Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of joinery work within occupied and void properties.
- Install and refurbish kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms.
- Undertake joinery works associated with property conversions and new build developments.
- Fit doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and other internal fixtures.
- Work alongside other trades to deliver capital improvement projects.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
- Comply with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any additional repair or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
