Summary

This opportunity will ideally suit you if you are keen to combine learning with working. The ideal candidate will aspire to deliver good quality services to the residents of our borough. We are looking for applicants who are eager to learn and want to make a difference in their community.

The opportunities will provide you with experience in customer service and administration. You will receive good quality supervision with day-to-day support and assistance in a wide range of administrative responsibilities. You will also attend college as required and will be expected to undertake the relevant studies to achieve the formal qualification which is part of the Government’s apprenticeship requirements.

You will support the organisation, monitoring and reviewing of the

administration of the following:

• Assist with quality and compliance checks on participant records, systems and supporting evidence, following agreed guidance and processes.

• Help identify and record errors, missing information or areas that may require further review.

• Complete relevant training and develop knowledge of quality assurance, compliance and funded programme requirements.

• Support reception duties to develop administrative experience and customer service skills.

• Accurately input information into CRM systems and develop an understanding of how and why the information is recorded.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to be office based at least 4 days a week, with 1 day attending college.
