Summary

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to work at a high street bank in Exeter.

This is a part-time position offering 15 hours per week, working Monday to Friday during the evenings. The role is initially temporary, with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

Main Duties:

General cleaning of banking premises.

Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.

Dusting and wiping down surfaces.

Cleaning toilets, staff areas and communal spaces.

Emptying bins and replacing liners.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Following site cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.

Essential requirements

Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently. Comfortable with lone working, key holding and operating an alarm system where required. Must provide valid Right to Work documentation. Able to use a telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system. No DBS or credit check required.
