Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced
HGV Technician to join an established fleet operation in Peterborough. This opportunity offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training and progression towards Master Technician status.
The HGV Technician Role
•
Service, maintain and repair HGVs.
•
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
•
Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance.
•
Complete job cards and maintenance records.
•
Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Requirements
•
Previous HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic experience.
•
Level 3 HGV Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
•
Full UK driving licence.
•
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
•
Reliable, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team.
•
Class 1 HGV licence required after probation.
