The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from the initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service

·Building strong relationships with customers

·Understanding customer requirements and identifying suitable vehicles

·Following a structured and customer-focused sales process

·Managing enquiries and proactively following up leads

·Conducting vehicle presentations and supporting customers through the buying process

·Working towards agreed sales targets

·Maximising every sales opportunity

·Maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the ownership journey

·Ensuring a professional and premium customer experience

About You

The ideal Car Sales Executive / Automotive Sales Executive will have:

·Minimum 3 years' Motor Trade Sales experience - essential

·Proven track record of achieving sales targets

·Strong customer service and communication skills

·Ability to build rapport quickly with customers

·Excellent listening and relationship-building skills

·Energetic, ambitious and driven personality

·Professional and approachable manner

·Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

·Genuine passion for automotive sales

·Full UK driving licence
