We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Services Supervisor to lead our domestic team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection prevention throughout the home.

Key Requirements

Supervisory experience within domestic services.

Knowledge of Health & Safety and Infection Prevention & Control.

Understanding of care service standards and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the domestic team.

Oversee cleaning and laundry services.

Monitor IPC, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliance.

Complete inspections and maintain accurate records.

Promote a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
