Oversee the governance, performance reporting and financial management arrangements for the estate portfolio, including accountability for rents, rates and estate-related liabilities, ensuring robust data, compliance and decision-making.
Represent HMCTS at senior internal and external forums, influencing stakeholders and championing the role of the estate as a critical enabler of justice delivery.
Lead the commissioning and performance management of external property advisers, agents and consultants, ensuring HMCTS has access to high-quality specialist expertise, delivers value for money and maintains effective oversight of supplier performance and delivery.
