Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? The Queen Elizabeth Academy are looking to appoint a Campus Manager to join our dedicated team and uphold the Academy’s vision and values.

Our team of talented staff are friendly and professional, fully committed to the educational, pastoral, and well-being needs of our students. We are looking to appoint an experienced committed Campus Manager with a commitment for continued professional development. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless facilities management service. This will include proactively managing the facilities management functions on site, overseeing the day-to-day operations, acting as the Academy’s health and safety and fire officer and ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds the needs of the Academy.

We are keen to secure a committed and flexible Campus Manager who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our Director of Estates and a strong SLT.

Why choose The Queen Elizabeth Academy? The Queen Elizabeth Academy is an 11-16 mixed academy based in Atherstone with approximately 715 pupils on roll. Following our Ofsted inspection in June 2022, we retained our “Good” rating, a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and students. Ofsted commented the pupils were “respectful of each other’s views and are exceptionally supportive. Pupils behave well. They are proud of their school and the improvements that have been made in recent years. Pupils enjoy school and know that leaders and staff have the highest expectations for them.” The Ofsted report is a fair reflection of the academy, and we continue to develop as we push from Good to Great.

In November 2016, as part of the Priority School Building Programme, we moved into brand new premises that have given us access to fantastic new facilities, which really set us apart in the locality.

As a proud Academy Transformation Trust academy, we are devoted to professional development and support which is second to none. Our trust is registered as Disability Confident, and we welcome all applications. Our ATT Institute offers hundreds of training events and leadership accreditation qualifications to develop your talent to its full potential. As an academy we believe it is our role to develop your expertise to the full through supportive coaching in order to transform the lives of our students.

In return, you can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.

Our ATT2030 Vision means we meet our young people where they are at and refuse to leave them there. Our pupils will leave us capable, competent and confident and take their place in the community of educated people. Our staff will be cared for, developed and they will be capable, competent and confident. We would love to hear from those who want to join us in that mission.
