Summary

ROLE: Construction Project ManagerHOURS: Full-TimeLOCATION: Dover, Southern England

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Central Government Delivery team, leading the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across Southern England.

Role Responsibilities:

-Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, from mobilisation through to final handover.

-Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, NEC contracts, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation.

-Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

-Monitor project programmes, costs, risks, quality standards, and change control processes.

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and project guidance.

Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

-Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.

-Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations.

-SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (or working towards).

-Construction-related qualification desirable.

-Ability to obtain or hold SC level security clearance.
