Full-time 37hrs per week, based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough with opportunity for hybrid working.
12 months fixed term (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Home Choices Team at West Lindsey District Council. Home Choices cover a range of services including the housing register and homelessness and are at the forefront of delivering excellent services to people in the district who require help and support to meet their housing needs.
Home choices is a busy customer facing team and this role will be the first point of contact for customers when they are approaching the service. The role will require a person with excellent customer services skills, organisation and a drive to help people. The role will also support the team in an administrative capacity.
We would like to hear from candidates who have worked in a customer service or administration role who are passionate about delivering the best services to our residents.
