Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: South Normanton
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Personnel Solutions are recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client based in South Normanton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service who enjoys building customer relationships and turning enquiries into confirmed orders.
You will manage customer enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, and work closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure a smooth service from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Preparing accurate quotations in line with agreed pricing.
- Proactively following up quotations to secure orders.
- Building relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services within existing accounts.
- Keeping customer, quotation and order information up to date on the CRM system.
- Liaising with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and support workload planning.
- Working towards agreed sales and customer service targets.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to following up enquiries and quotations.
- Commercial awareness and a strong customer focus.
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
