Key requirements
Recognised HLTA qualification or substantial equivalent UK experience leading lessons independently.
Proven UK primary school experience, with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
The capability to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and provide constructive feedback to permanent class teachers.
Strong communication skills to liaise smoothly with classroom teaching assistants, SENCOs, and leadership.
Satisfactory, recent UK school-based professional references.
