Location: Brighton Arches Project
Rate: £300-£325 per day (PAYE)

We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction packages on a major project in Brighton, with a particular focus on
RC frame, piling and groundworks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and driving progress across multiple work packages while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
- Overseeing subcontractors, site teams and daily construction activities.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
- Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Coordinating trades and maintaining effective communication across the project team.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
- Reporting on progress and supporting the successful delivery of key milestones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
- Strong experience with RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
- Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple packages and drive programme delivery.
