Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead and support our warehouse team, ensuring the efficient handling, storage and distribution of medical products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Essential requirements

Proven experience in warehouse or operations. Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a team. Strong communication and people skills. Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems. The ability to organise workloads, prioritise tasks and manage competing demands. A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude. The confidence to lead by example, provide clear direction and address issues professionally. An understanding of health and safety, quality procedures, and continuous improvement. The ability to work collaboratively across departments and support wider business objectives. A formal leadership or management qualification, such as ILM or NVQ, is desirable but not essential. Experience working with medical products or within an ISO 13485 and GDP-regulated environment would be advantageous.
