About The Role
Responsibility: To handle incoming customer enquiries via the Telephone and Emails
Principle Responsibilities:
- To answer incoming telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class service
- To deal with Emails quickly and efficiently
- To communicate effectively and precisely with other colleagues
- Keep all administration up to date
- Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
- Any other reasonable duties as required
