Summary

Position: Social Media Manager

Responsible to the director

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the restaurant’s online presence across various social media and digital platforms. The role includes creating, editing, and publishing engaging content that promotes the restaurant’s authentic South Indian and Chettinad cuisine, special offers, and events while maintaining the brand's identity and reputation.

The successful candidate will develop and implement social media strategies to increase customer engagement and online visibility. Responsibilities also include monitoring platform performance, responding to customer enquiries and feedback, and supporting marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. The Social Media Manager will ensure that all content is accurate, professional, and compliant with relevant advertising and digital media requirements, while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 depending on the candidate’s level of experience or qualification.

Previous work experience desirable.
